Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@volitionamerica.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Volition America offers returns on most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please note that custom product orders are final and cannot be returned. 

For Revo Co-Branded Product Orders 
All returns must be in the original case and in original condition without any sign of use for credit. you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Should you decide to use our prepaid return label, $15 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you return merchandise for an exchange. Please note that the $15 label includes a temporary $5 surcharge due to increased shipping fees out of Revo’s control.

Original shipping charges are not refunded when an order is returned. Revo offers free shipping on orders over $50

Once your items are inspected by the Revo team, you'll get your refund within 5-7 business days.

For Luminox Co-Branded Product Orders 

  • All returns must be in the same condition as received, unless otherwise noted
  • Additionally returns can take up to 30 business days to process once received. If there is any discrepancy with the return you’ll be notified via email.
  • Once the refund has been issued it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed and the refund is issued. 
  • Original delivery fees are refunded only if incorrect orders on the companies behalf.
  • You are not responsible for shipping the products back to Us. We'll provide a free return shipping label.
  • Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.
  • All items marked FINAL SALE are final and may not be returned or exchanged!
