OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
 
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are:
• Active-duty military personnel, or
• Military veterans
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Volition America, Tony Marino Jeep, Folds of Honor, and affiliated promotional partners are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
Certain finalist gifts may be substituted where required to comply with applicable age related laws or regulations.
 
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on May 22nd and ends on the deadline stated on the official Contest website. Volition America reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time.
 
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may:
• Nominate themselves, or
• Be nominated by another individual
Entries must be submitted through the official Contest website and include all required information outlined in the submission guidelines.
Incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or late submissions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Volition America.
 
FINALIST SELECTION
A panel selected by Volition America will review eligible submissions and select the winner based on criteria including:
• Service and sacrifice
• Leadership and character
• Resilience and perseverance
• Community impact
• Inspirational story
• Representation of the American spirit and values associated with Volition America

Winner will also be featured through personal storytelling segments and B roll content highlighting their lives, service, sacrifice, and impact.

All selections are final and made at the sole discretion of Volition America.
 
MILITARY VERIFICATION
Finalists will be required to verify military service status prior to final selection. Acceptable verification may include, but is not limited to:
ACTIVE-DUTY PERSONNEL
• Valid military identification
• Military email address
• Command verification
• Current military documentation
VETERANS
• DD214 documentation
• Veteran identification card
• Veteran designation on state issued identification
• Other official proof of military service acceptable to Sponsor
Sensitive personal information may be redacted where appropriate.
Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and alternate selection.
 
ADDITIONAL FINALIST MATERIALS
Volition America reserves the right to request additional materials from selected entrants during the review and finalist selection process, including but not limited to:
• Photographs
• Video submissions
• Interviews
• Military service verification documents
• Additional written responses
Failure to provide requested materials within the designated timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate entrant.

One winner will receive:
• One (1) custom 2026 Volition America Jeep Wrangler donated by Tony Marino Jeep.
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration fees, insurance, licensing costs, transportation expenses, and any other expenses not specifically stated. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
 
CONTENT SUBMISSION & PUBLICITY RELEASE
By submitting an entry to the Contest, entrants and nominees grant Volition America, Tony Marino Jeep, promotional partners, and affiliated entities the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise utilize any submitted materials in any media now known or later developed for advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, broadcast, digital, social media, public relations, and commercial purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Submitted materials may include, but are not limited to:
• Written submissions and stories
• Names and biographical information
• Photographs
• Video submissions
• Voice recordings
• Likeness and image
• Military background and service related information
• Interviews and testimonial content
Entrants acknowledge and agree that submitted materials may be edited, shortened, reformatted, combined with other materials, or otherwise modified for promotional, broadcast, production, or marketing purposes.
By submitting an entry, entrants represent and warrant that:
• They have the legal right to submit all materials provided
• Submitted materials do not infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Any individual appearing in submitted content has granted permission for such use
Entrants further agree that Volition America and its promotional partners shall have no obligation to use any submitted materials and that all usage decisions shall be at their sole discretion.
 
FINALIST PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Selected finalists must be willing and available to:
• Participate in interviews and media appearances
• Participate in filming and promotional activities
• Appear on televised broadcasts and digital programming
Failure to participate in required promotional activities may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate finalist.
 
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Volition America, Tony Marino Jeep, Folds of Honor, promotional partners, and affiliated entities from any liability, injury, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize.
 
GOVERNING LAW
The Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Illinois.
